Public relations is a strategic communication process that builds mutually beneficial relationships between organizations and their publics. Public relations uses different mediums and channels as a way to garner exposure for an individual or their brand. This can happen through several methods such as social media management, planning an event, community engagements, media relations, etc. Public relations is the overall practice that uses several different tactics to help create and shape the story. Here at Elevate, our goal is to pull out the stories that make you unique and to make sure you brand or artistry is being represented positively.

Media Relations

Media relations is the interaction with one specific communication channel: the press/media. Our team helps to secure our clients publicity in local, national and international outlets of their respective target audiences. This includes print media, digital media, magazines, television broadcasts, blogs, podcasts and more. We will work to develop a story and multiple angles with each client so that their brand gains visibility. Elevate's retainer packages include a customized electronic press kit and an industry standard biography so that your reputation is kept stellar and your story is being strategically told.

Media Training

When it's time for "lights, camera, action," we get it. Things can get overwhelming. Here at Elevate we help walk you through tactics for public speaking whether it be for an interview or speaking engagement. Our goal to make sure that each client is memorable, prepared and most importantly, comfortable when talking in front of a camera or audience. We will provide training sessions and brush up on these techniques before and after each press run or speaking engagement. 

Event Coordination

An event requires a lot of logistics and planning. Looking to plan an album release party? Want to secure press for an event? Looking for a day-of event coordinator? Want to plan a virtual event?  Our approach at Elevate is creativity and innovation. We are dedicated to creating an event of a lifetime for our clients. We work with clients to help develop event ideas, logistics and strategy all within their budgets. This service is currently only offered to our clients on our monthly retainers for an additional fee. 

Brand Development

We help our clients develop their brand identities. It is important for clients to find their audiences so that they can further expand their brand and get in front of the right consumers. The goal is to answer the question: who are you? We help all our clients through a SWOT analysis, defining core messaging and unique tactics to help get the exposure you deserve! We will help create mood boards, plan and execute photoshoots and aid in the development of social media strategies.
